I <3 CO : Flea Maker Collabs

One of our favorite things about the Denver Flea is how it brings so many people together - in other words, each market provides all of our awesome Flea fans (i.e. you!) with the opportunity to meet numerous Colorado artisans and small businesses. Another one of our favorite things? When Flea vendors get together and create something awesome "out in the wild, and we've got two recent "sightings" to share with you below.

Winter session x forth supply | veteran's day pop-up 11.11.17

Forth Supply, a menswear brand that contributes to a non-profit cause for every piece it sells, started by pals Cory Doney of Local Standard and Ben Reisler, a member of our awesome Flea event production team at Two Parts.

Winter Session founders and husband and wife team Roy Katz and Tanya Fleisher, who design and manufacture a full range of functional, high quality, unisex canvas and leather carry goods.

It all began when the Winter Session and Forth Supply folks put their maker minds together on a stellar backpack collaboration. Now, they've teamed up again for a pop-up boutique at Call to Arms Brewing Company this Saturday, November 11 from 3:30-6:30 p.m. to celebrate Veteran's Day and showcase each brand's all-new winter gear, introduce y'all to their newest backpack and sell some discounted goods. Best of all, Forth Supply donates 20% of all profits back to Colorado veterans via The Home Front Cares. (If you would like to donate directly to The Home Front Cares, visit http://www.thehomefrontcares.org/donate/donate)

The pop-up will be channeling some Flea vibes not only because of the awesome Flea folks involved, but you can also pair your shopping with awesome local craft brews and bites. A Forth Supply purchase will grant you a $2 core pint (we recommend trying the Beautiful Impression Farmhouse Ale or the Oats and Hose Porter), and Mas Kaos will keep you fed with a menu offering pizza, tacos, and other snacks. Be sure to stay around and drink a few - both Winter Session and Forth Supply will raffle off some merchandise and growlers throughout the afternoon.

craft boner x moore collection | Yes Please

Kiwi Schloffel of Craft Boner, your go-to gal for paper goods, drinkware, accessories, and other fun things that will undoubtedly make you and your crew seriously LOL.

Tanner Barkin and Taylor Palmie of Moore Collection, a screen printing company offering shirts, hats and other goods that are inspired by Colorado and the great outdoors yet made for adventurers everywhere.

After becoming friends through vendor-ing at the Denver Flea and other local markets, Kiwi, Tanner, and Taylor joined forces to open Yes Please, a brick-and-mortar retail space that is chock full of each brand's respective products while also a production space where visitors can see and get to know the Kiwi, Tanner, and Taylor.

In the store, you'll find all of Craft Boner and Moore's products that are sold online, in addition to some Craft Boner Yes Please exclusives like "flair" for jean jackets, pens, washi tape, and items from Moore's various new collections throughout the year.

Yes Please is located in an old warehouse cafeteria space snuggled up in the historical industrial area of the Clayton neighborhood in North Denver. Bonus points: fellow Flea vendors Winter Session and A Small Print Shop also have studios just doors down from Yes Please!
