Whether or not you're trying to sweat out those Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Snickers, and candy corn, we've compiled a few of our team's go-to fitness classes in Denver for some inspo. 


CorePower, a homegrown Denver company, is one of our favorite local yoga studios for a variety of reasons, but #1 are the Yoga Sculpt class. A blend of yoga, cardio, and weight training set to a pump-you-up playlist, Yoga Sculpt gets your heart pumping and blood flowing in no time - and you'll be incredibly ready for savasana at the end. 


So, you've only got 45 minutes? Well then, Epic Ryde's Express Ride cycling classes are for you. Once you jump on the bike, you're guaranteed to get a great workout filled with a challenging combo of climbs, sprints, intervals, and more. 


If you want a class that will 100% kick your butt, might we suggest Orange Theory? With several locations in the Denver area, this group "boot camp-style" workout class focus on high-intensity interval training, cycling you through workouts on a treadmill, a rowing machine, and on the floor throughout the hour.
